We are launching Platform SOS as an online service aimed at consumers with platform arrangements valued at £300,000 or above.
We will keep this threshold level under review and may seek to reduce it later as we move out of launch phase and the service develops.
We will not make an initial fee charge because we understand you have probably already paid an initial fee to your previous adviser and would not want to incur that cost again.
The online service requires you to:
- Complete an online factfind
- Use our Personal Finance Portal for secure online correspondence, file sharing and messaging
- Use DocuSign where (digital) signatures are required.
